Invitation for Expression of Interest

Empanelment of Partners to offer products/services at subsidised rates to Tamil Nadu-based Startups for FY 2023-24


Exclusively for Legal Compliance, Management and Enterprise Service, Cloud Service, Business Service, and Financial Service


Expression of interest is hereby invited from firms/Startups/institutions to act as Partners to offer products/services at subsidised rates to Tamil Nadu-based Startups.

Empanelment of Service Partners may be considered for one year or beyond, subject to the necessity of the programme, satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

  • StartupTN, in its endeavour to create an inclusive Startup ecosystem, is collaborating with various partners to offer a range of products/services to Startups in Tamil Nadu.
  • The scope of the partners is to provide the agreed-upon products/services at subsidised charges to Startups, as detailed in Annexure 1. However, Startups have the freedom to choose whether or not to engage with the service company.
  • StartupTN’s role is solely that of a facilitator, and it will not be liable for any payment dues between the service providers and the Startups.
  • StartupTN’s primary function is to connect Startups with service partners and support the overall Startup ecosystem.

StartupTN assists startups for recognition with DPIIT
Get your recognised as Startup by DPIIT and get entitled for benefits such as grants, seed funding, market access, tax benefits, simplified compliances, ease of IPR and many more.

Check Your Eligibility Criteria for DPIIT Startup Recognition

Age of Entity
Period of existence and operations of the entity should not exceed from the date of existence.

Annual Turnover
The entity should have an annual turnover of not exceeding Rs 100 crore for any of the fiscal years since its incorporation.

Entity Type
Entity incorporated as a Private Limited Company, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) or a Registered Partnership Firm.

Original Entity
The entity should not have been formed by splitting up or reconstructing an already existing company.

Innovative & Scalable
The entity should be working towards development or improvement of a product, process or service and should have a scalable business model with high potential for the creation of wealth and employment.

10,000 crore Gaganyaan mission aims to send a three-member crew to space for five to seven days by 2022 when India completes 75 years of independence. Vyommitra, a female humanoid robot, will be sent on India's first manned space mission, Gaganyaan. The robot will be used to test the systems and procedures that will be used for the manned mission, and to gather data on the effects of space travel on humans. Consumers can sign up for this mobile application and upload invoices by simply clicking the image of the invoice or by uploading previously saved invoices from the gallery.
